You will need a music streaming device with an Internet connection. With an extended contract, we will provide you with a FREE touchscreen KrossKast Player for all of your locations. Otherwise, you can purchase a KrossKast Player for $150 each.
Our KrossKast Players come with a 1 year warranty, is plug & play and can be installed in 5 minutes or less. The devices require power, an Internet connection (ethernet or wifi), and should be connected to your speakers (wired or Bluetooth wireless).
Our KrossKast Player has built-in speakers, but the volume will only project so far. Ultimately, a music system should be used in tandem with our KrossKast Player or any other music streaming device to project our audio evenly throughout your business location(s). Therefore, if you don’t currently have a music system in place, we recommend that you book a time to chat with a KrossKast representative, who can help provide you with an all-in-one small speaker solution or a large music system to fit your needs.
You will need a basic knowledge of technology. We provide excellent customer service and are always here to assist you. We have video tutorials, written directions, and a support form located in your account dashboard.
